  1. Contact IT Team through the Open Ticket function on this website http://helpdesk.gandummas.co.id/iss/index.php
  2. Click on “Open a New Ticket”
  3. Select “Topic” as “Others”
  4. Fill-in your User Department and Location
  5. Type-in your subject starting with “[IT Development Request]” followed by the title of your request
  6. Elaborate your request in the following text box
  7. Fill-in the form found below before attaching it to the ticket
  8. Click on “Create Ticket”
  9. Forward the email received by the ticketing system to your manager to help raise the visibility of the request.
